About RRBN Inspection & Mornitoring

The Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) is a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Health. RRBN was established by Decree No. 42 of 1987, now Cap R1 Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 2004. RRBN's key mandate is to regulate the practice of Radiography in Nigeria. One of the funcitons it performs to uphold this mandate is the inspection and monitoring of hospitals/centers to ensure they attain basic operational requirements of safety and conformance to standards.

About RRBN Inspection & Mornitoring Portal

The RRBN Inspection & Mornitoring Portal is an electronic platform for data consolidation of all major activities carried out by the Inspection and Monitoring Department of the RRBN in its bid to uphold the mandate of the Board to regulate the practice of Radiography in Nigeria. RRBN Inspection & Monitoring Portal provides a repository of easily retrivable data of all hospitals dispensing ionizing radiation, their addresses, list of equipment, radiographers covering the hospital, Radiography practice registration/compliance status, registration and renewal module for ease of registrations/renewals as well as inspection module for inspections scheduling and realtime upload of inspection reports.
