- Login into the Portal
- Click on the drop-down arrow beside your name at the top right of your screen.
- Select Account Setting
- On the Account screen, click on the Change Password button.
- In the Change Password dialog box which appears, type your new password in the New Password box, and again in the Confirm Password box.
- Click the Change button.
The RRBN Inspection and Monitoring Portal is an Electronic Platform for data consolidation of all major activities carried out by the Inspection and Monitoring Department of the RRBN in its bid to uphold the mandate of the Board to regulate the Practice of Radiography in Nigeria.
RRBN Inspection and Monitoring Portal provides a repository of easily retrievable data of all hospitals dispensing ionizing radation, their addresses, list of equipment, radiographers covering the hospital, practice registration/compliance status, registration and renewal module for ease of registrations/renewals as well as an inspections module for inspections scheduling and real time upload of inspection observations/reports.
Categories of those who can register on the RRBN Inspection and Monitoring Portal include:
- Diagnostic Centers
- Private and Government Owned Hospitals
- Radiography Training Institutions
- Research Institutions
- Go to the Login Page, click on the link 'forgot password'.
- Type the email address which you used to create the account.
- Click 'Send New Password'
- A New Password will be sent to your email address.
- Certificate of Incorporation of the Hospital (evidence of registration of business name is also acceptable).
- Payment of prescribed fee of N50,000.
- Form C07 showing names and particulars of director(s) and radiographer(s).
- Staff Requirements: a. Current Radiography practisinglicence/evidence of payment from Radiographer in-charge (and other radiographers if applicable) b. Letter of resignation from previous employment (from the Radiographer in-charge, if applicable) c. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (from Radiographer in-charge).
RRBN undertakes to process all registration processes as soon as possible, typically within 2 weeks of submission of request for registration/renewal of practice.
To correct a registration done in error, click on the edit change button to update your information.
Primary means of notification is through email

All payments are generated through the Remita platform to the board's TSA account and completed in any commercial bank of your choice.
Go to your class of Hospital/Center, click "Apply for Practice Permit" or "Apply for Accreditation" as required.
RRBN has zonal offices in Lagos, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Kano, Sokoto, Asaba, Calabar and Nnewi. Enquiries and complaints can also be sent as email attachments to monitoring@rrbn.gov.ng.
