You will need to upload your evidence of payment of the registration fee of N200,000 plus cost of available modalities in your hospital/centre for verification before your registration can be confirmed. Please note that the first modality attracts a fee of N20,000 while additional modailities also attract a fee of N20,000 per modality

- Valid Certificate of Incorporation
- Form C07 showing names and particulars of director(s) and radiographer(s)
- Current Radiographer Practicing Licence
- Prescribed fee of (N200,000.00 plus cost of available modalities) to be paid to RRBN TSA Account:

NOTE: Provisional Registration is valid for Two (2) Years
Application Process Flow
- STAGE 1: Hospital Practice Manager Profile Creation
- STAGE 2: Submission of basic hospital/centre details, certificate of incorporation, form C07, radiographer practicing Licence and evidence of payment of N200,000 registration fee plus cost of available modalities.
- STAGE 3: Verification of submitted documents and registration fee details.
- STAGE 4: Facility Inspection.
- STAGE 5: Radiography Practice License Issuance
