You will need to upload your evidence of payment of the accreditation fee for verification before your hospital can be scheduled for accreditation inspection. Internship accreditations for Private Hospitals attract a Registration Fee of N200,000 plus N50,000 each for a minimum of two modalities. Additional modalities attract further N50,000 per listed modality.

  1. Current Radiographer Practicing Licence
  2. Prescribed fee of (N200,000.00 plus N50,000 per listed modality (minimum of two)) to be paid to RRBN TSA Account:
    Name of MDA: Radiographers Registration Board - 052100600100
    Name of Service/Purpose: Accreditation Fee
    Bank: All Banks


Application Process Flow

  1. STAGE 1: Hospital Profile Creation
  2. STAGE 2: Submission of basic hospital/ centre details, evidence of payment of accreditation fee and radiographer practicing Licence.
  3. STAGE 3: Verification of submitted document(s) and accreditation fee details.
  4. STAGE 4: Facility Inspection.
  5. STAGE 5: Full or Provisional Accreditation

NOTE:

  1. Provisional Accreditation is valid for Two (2) Years while Full Accrdeditation is valid for Four (4) Years
  2. It is now a requirement that letters issued to interns on completion of their internship by the Hospital/Centre of internship shall state clearly the reference number of the letter conveying approval by the Board for such Hospital/Centre to be involved in internship in Radiography. (This is to check abuse of some facilities engaging intern Radiographers without approval from the Board).
  3. To qualify for accreditation for internship in Radiography, a Hospital/Centre must have at least two (2) functioning Radiography modalities and at least two (2) Senior Radiographers with current practicing licence.
